At Witt’s End Gift Shop
I would like to introduce to you an amazing woman that lost her main gift shop in Lahaina, Hawaii (Maui). Please meet Jasmine Witt, a hard-working single mother of two. Born in Hilo, on the Big Island of Hawaii, she was raised on the island of Maui.
Jasmine opened her first gift shop in 2009 and until August 8, 2023, when the fires hit Lahaina, she had 3 Gift Shops, with the one downtown Lahaina, on Front Street being the most profitable. That shop was totally destroyed by the fire and insurance only paid $5,000 total. Only one of the other shops are open part-time and the other small one may never open.
Currently Jasmine has reopened one of her stores at the Kahana Gateway Shopping Center and that only for 5 hours a day. She carries dozens of lines of products from both local and mainland companies (Gifts, Apparel, Skin Care, Plush & Accessories).
Jasmine does have a domain but there is no website there at www.atwittsendmaui.com. Currently she does have https://at-witts-end-gift-shop.business.site where “Shop” goes to an Etsy site.
